Lyric is Opentherm enabled providing control of the boiler output via a digital communication protocol, saving energy and allowing compatible gas boilers to run as efficiently as possible allowing compatible gas boilers to run as efficiently as possible. Conventional thermostats switch a boiler either on or off.
By modulating the boiler flow temperature to match the temperature set point for each zone, Opentherm increases boiler efficiency by running the boiler at the lowest possible flow temperature.
